Teaching Philosophy

A good language teacher must be knowledgeable and have a vision of the skills students need to be successful at their grade level.

He must quickly and accurately identify the students' language needs and then employ effective strategies to help them improve their skills.

Patience, clear instruction, good rapport with students and an ability to challenge them to do their best are also important qualities.

A good teacher takes pride in this craft and enjoys teaching.
